Despite considerable progress in hygiene, the principle of making butter has not changed for centuries.

We find all the stages of ancestral manufacturing: slow biological maturation of the cream, traditional churning, washing of the butter grains, kneading and packaging.

This gives the butter its great organoleptic values: firm, supple, unctuous in the mouth, fresh, tasty, with a subtle hazelnut aroma.

Cream of Bresse PDO

Crème épaisse, which is a matured cream with a very consistent texture, slightly acidic. Known and appreciated for its freshness and lightness in the mouth. To be kept at 4°.
