Tips from the cheese maker

Bread: Bread is the essential companion to the cheese platter. Plan on three to four slices or pieces of bread per person. Fruits: white and black grapes, ripe figs, etc. Dried fruits: dates, figs, raisins, dried apricots, etc. Flavor enhancers: mustard, paprika, pine nuts or roasted pumpkin seeds.
